Oh yeah, this ones a keeper ma!!! She’s a professional gal…

Well…this is just stupid. Really, all eating contests are asinine.

Sunday afternoon, in less than 30 minutes, Molly Schuyler inhaled three meals consisting of a 72-ounce steak, a baked potato, side salad, shrimp cocktail and a roll. The meat alone was 216-ounces of carnivorous candy (around 13 pounds total). Surprisingly, this was not her first victory in competitive gluttony. In January 2014, she downed a record 363 wings in 30 minutes at a competition in Philadelphia and earned $22,000. In May 2014, Schuyler beat the six-year record previously held by Hot Dog Eating Champion Joey “Jaws” Chestnut. The 120-pound woman from Sacramento, CA, ate an entire 72-ounce steak and the sides in less than five minutes, then went on to eat a second complete meal in less than 10 minutes. Today, after the recent pig out production (now tipping the scales at approx.133lbs and change?) she said “I come in thinking I’m going to fail, but you know if I win it’s a lovely parting gift and that’s cool. I also get free steak so I don’t really lose.” Schuyler was awarded $5,000 for completing the challenge in under an hour. She also pocketed the prize of $1,000 for fastest eaten steak dinner, giving her $6,000 total. Oh yeah, she’s a real winner……Image result for pictures of gluttonySean Steffen / Amarillo Globe-News Molly Schuyler bites into a 72 ounce steak Sunday, April 19, 2015 at the Big Texan Steak Ranch.
